STAGE ONE |
Zoe’s Place is a highly unique venture aimed at providing much needed, palliative, end of life and respite care services for children and families that simply cannot be provided elsewhere in Queensland. |
Zoe’s Place has completed Stage 1 of its development at a cost of over $1.5 million built on land leased at a peppercorn rent from the Queensland Government. |
| |
| |
The building of Stage One has been made possible through the generosity and hard work of many committed individuals and the support of businesses and the community. |

STAGE TWO |
| |
Stage 2 will allow us to expand the number of families we can support. It will be a 6 bedroom hospice facility with a multi sensory room, a playroom, computer room and a spcialised end-of-life care facility with family accommodation. |

STAGE THREE |
| |
Stage 3 will be an adolescent and young people unit, especially designed to cater for the needs of this particular age demographic. |
| |
| |
The Cost |
We have completed the plans for these two stages and will shortly be launching a fundraising campaign to raise the $2million needed to complete the complex. |

Longer Term |
As research and practice shape the development of Zoe’s Place we are planning to roll out a number of Zoe’s Place hospices throughout the State. |
| |
| |
Zoe’s Place, along with the existing two other children’s hospices in Sydney and Melbourne will become a tried and tested model in Australia for children’s hospice care services. |
